AJAX’s Wings

2-3 lbs Frozen Chicken Wings

1 Stick of Butter

1 Bottle of Hot Sauce (Pete’s)

1/4 cup Worcestershire

3-4 splashes of tobasco

1 bottle of canola oil

Thaw the wings completely.  Deep fry in large pot approximately 15-20 minutes until golden brown.  While deep frying make the sauce.  Melt butter, add hot sauce, Worcestershire, tobasco, bring to a boil them simmer.  Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees.  Once wings are complete, pat dry add to oven safe dish, cover with sauce, bake for 15 minutes stirring in the sauce occasionally.
