Yesterday we talked about objectives. These should be specific, achievable, and measurable. Objectives are mission specific, i.e. fairly short term. Setting goals on the other hand should be fairly long term and be more difficult to obtain. Objectives help you obtain goals. Goals also should be shared with wingman to help when the goings gets tough. One of my goals for this year is to keep this site going and grow it into resource that can help everyone achieve their fitness goals. What are your goals?
